Three to four-year-olds love physical activities and play. They have vivid imaginations and want more independence from caregivers. A structured Martial Arts program, teaching skills like kicking, punching, blocking, crawling, hopping, rolling, running, and catching, has been very effective.
Five and six-year-olds are enthusiastic learners who thrive on creativity and problem-solving, making them ideal for Martial Arts. Developing basic skills like focus, teamwork, control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness, and coordination is essential at this age.
Seven to nine-year-olds, in their "golden age," excel in vocabulary and problem-solving while still needing adult guidance. Training in agility, technique, courage, flexibility, intensity, perseverance, speed, and concentration is ideal for their development.
Ten to fourteen-year-olds are highly intelligent and physically capable, often outsmarting adults. Advanced skill training is ideal to challenge and engage them in Martial Arts. Focus on skills like dexterity, reaction, versatility, momentum, precision, instinct, strength, and vision.
