Once a month, on a Friday evening, we open our gym for all to come run, jump, and play!
This event is for children and tweens ages 3-12 (must be potty trained to attend).
Parents can take this time to get out and enjoy themselves, stay at home and relax or check off their to do list without having to worry if their child is safe!

This program is for tots ages 1-4 and their parents to have some fun, play/socialize with other children and parents, and build on their developmental skills!

Our programs start as early as 12 months for children who are walking. We offer options tailored to different ages and skill levels to help every child thrive.
Yes, all our instructors complete a rigorous training program based on USA Gymnastics progressions and safety recommendations, ensuring proper technique and a secure environment.
For gymnastics, we recommend a leotard and bare feet. For Ninja classes, comfortable shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt (without buttons or zippers), and tennis shoes are best.
Absolutely! We encourage new participants to join a trial class to experience the Xtreme Gymnastics environment firsthand.
