What is Xtreme Ninja???? It's a fusion of obstacle course training and freestyle movement. We also incorporate gymnastics fundamentals in our Lil Ninja program!

Our Lil Ninja Program is designed specifically for ages 3-5 and our School Age Ninja is for ages 6 and up!
Xtreme Ninja uses techniques to leverage kids' fire and enthusiasm into an activity they truly love, while building strength, agility, stealth and mental prowess of a trained NINJA.
In this class, students learn obstacle course training and freestyle movement to develop skills such as such as balancing, running, jumping, swinging, and rolling. The children will also be taught the proper way to fall and land safely.
A portion of the class will be spent working on physical benefits including increased strength, agility, endurance and flexibility
By teaching the children to have fun while being a “Ninja warrior” we are helping to instill a lifelong love of activity and physical fitness while increasing their overall self-confidence.
Our programs start as early as 12 months for children who are walking. We offer options tailored to different ages and skill levels to help every child thrive.
Yes, all our instructors complete a rigorous training program based on USA Gymnastics progressions and safety recommendations, ensuring proper technique and a secure environment.
For gymnastics, we recommend a leotard and bare feet. For Ninja classes, comfortable shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt (without buttons or zippers), and tennis shoes are best.
Absolutely! We encourage new participants to join a trial class to experience the Xtreme Gymnastics environment firsthand.
