We offer a progressive tumbling program, taking students through beginner to advanced skills that are taught quickly and safely.
We focus on techniques that can be built upon for solid, consistent tumbling.
Our students will utilize the spring floor, tumble trak, inground trampoline, and loose foam pit to learn tumbling skills needed for gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and fun; cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, front and back walkovers, handsprings, tucks & beyond!
Drills are utilized in the teaching of skills to ensure proper technique and the safety of the athlete. Most of all, these classes are FUN!
Our programs start as early as 12 months for children who are walking. We offer options tailored to different ages and skill levels to help every child thrive.
Yes, all our instructors complete a rigorous training program based on USA Gymnastics progressions and safety recommendations, ensuring proper technique and a secure environment.
For gymnastics, we recommend a leotard and bare feet. For Ninja classes, comfortable shorts or sweatpants, a t-shirt (without buttons or zippers), and tennis shoes are best.
Absolutely! We encourage new participants to join a trial class to experience the Xtreme Gymnastics environment firsthand.
